the client represnetative is resposnible for the total client relationship with one or more important ibm clients or competitive prospects, business partners and distributors and end-users of ibm technology, oems, including tradiitonal lagre accuonts. the client representative is the intergator of ibm for the client, responsible for ovearll client satisafction by mangaing key relationships and ensruing the client dervies value from the ibm soluitons. leads the development of the overall account plan and has primary responsibility for identifying and prioritizing opportunities and developing client-valued solutions involving multiple brands and elements.understands ibm business and brand strategies and how these translate into solutions which address client needs. understands and navigates ibm to identify, acquire and coordinate a team of critical resources needed to address client needs.
