work across a wide variety of cultures and marekts, tailoring approach and behavior to understand key differentiators and leverage best practices accordingly
to execute segment strategy plans and annual account planning
to support straetgic and tactical promotions to maximize revenue in need periods, working closely with key need properties to identify touch points within account portfolio
support networking strategy within pre-agreed guidelines for networking process with hotels to maximize internal selling time
monthly analysis of figures and action plan to support
thorough understanding of industry trends and updates for ihg.

essential duties and responsibilities
1.

develop close working relationship with all sales departments, gms and unit sales departments in hotels
to strategically manage a mixture of leisure travel /airline accounts - in order to drive revenues and opportunities to ihg hotels
carry out educational/familiarization requests and trips as appropriate to agent, leisure and airline accounts and ihg hotels
increase number of leisure accounts to be connected to holidex
support and participate in account workshops for hotels in order for hotels to have greater understanding of accounts and the leisure travel market
minimum quarterly reviews with accounts
negotiate connectivity agreements for appropriate accounts in line with ihg strategy & ensure stretching targets & co-ordinate across region
required skills/qualifications
languages: - require hebrew speaking- ideally arabic. g. itb and wtm
responsibility for working within budgetary restraints agreed with line manager.managing relationships with key clients/agents/third-party intermediaries etc.
experience in the leisure
experienced in working in the israeli market.monitor sales activity and performance to sales targets
