ctii is launhcing consumer crdeit cadrs business in isarel in partnreship with the local plyaer.
he/she will be resposnible for citiphone, core operations (including credit operations). a small project team is assembled to ensure timely launch of the business in the most efficient manner. ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions

qualifications:
experience is more relevant than formal qualifications but degree level is desirable,

proactive.quality with a staff to be recruited, the candidate will be reporting to the business manager and expected to be a part of the country leadership team
key responsibilities:
manage all consumer operations: credit acquisition, collections, customer services, trained and retained starting at 50 headcount in year 1 and growing to 130 on year 3
manage and co-ordinate activity with stakeholders in all aspects of consumer operations; especially interaction with the consumer business manager and emea operations management:
deliver flawless operational execution and adherence to policy at lower cost for credit acquisition
constantly improve process and redesign flows to optimize core operations
manage the customer contact departments (citiphone units)
manage the collections function and jointly owning (with risk) the ncl targets
recruit, train and retain team across different geographies (in order to leverage coe)
build sufficient talent pipeline and bench strength
manage all operational processing i, core ops.head of cards operations
