responsibilities
performing a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
build and test pdc tools at world class standards; high quality, low cost and short cycle time
reads complex electro-mechanical drawings
applies electro-mechanical assembly skills in completing assgined assembly takss
performs basic wiring, soldering and/or calibartion tasks as assigned
fololws manufatcuring procdeures
recrods basic techincal data, and proivdes sttaus updtaes.tetss,
insepcts, build and debug hardware and software testers, evaluates product for conformance to requirements
recommends tools and fixtures to aid troubleshooting/fault finding
may design.quality standards, document, and improve manufacturing processes and procedures with team members in cross-functional task forces, cost and schedule requirements
performs precision measurement to specifications
may recommend improvements of assembly fixtures and tools
may develop,
assembles product modules from drawings and schematics according to procedures.
