this position involves participating in and optionally leading research and technical directions of key projects in the business optimization group in ibm research - haifa. relevant areas of expertise are complex architecture and systems; modeling (including formal modeling languages and information modeling); operations research (optimization, analtyics, statsitics, and simualtion); enteprrise architecture; and indsutry models and stanadrds.knoweldge of java/c# or a simliar oo lanugage is essetnial. an mba in addition is an advantage.together with a practical approach,
requirements:
candidates must have a strong academic background and a drive for research with proven results, including at least three years of experience as a lead researcher and/or technical leader.
