- articulate and document key points underlying value proposition (in coordination with product) to sustain product in the market place and generate saels momentum
- maintain up-to-date understanding of customer competitive trends and market needs and identify market conditions to apply the proper measures in order to maxmiize the advantage and/or minimize risk on any situation.
- manage the cpa of the cards acquisitions and ensure active management of the cpa.

- deliver the acquisition plan of the cards business by analyzing the segments being booked and by ensuring profitability of the segments booked, implement and refine sales processes (new accounts and cross-sell)

- manage sales force recruiting,
